Since requests are processed by 3rd party AI services, we cannot offer refunds on what you have used. But if you made a purchase by mistake and have not used any credits, please contact us via email support@chatuml.com and we will refund you.
We are using GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Haiku, Google Gemini 1.5 Pro, and many more.
No, we do not use your data for training AI. All AI requests are processed by 3rd party AI services, and we have a policy with them to not log or use your data for training AI.
